Worflo Solutions has commissioned a striking brand refresh and website relaunch to better reflect the organisation’s history, ethos and key messages.
All of Workflo’s communications materials, including its corporate leaflet and tender documents, have been redesigned and labelled with a memorable new strapline – “Your business, our passion”.
Michael Field, MD of Workflo Solutions, came up with the strapline, which became the foundation for the rest of the creative work. “It was an obvious message to convey,” he said. “Our customers really are at the core of everything we think and do as a company. Our aim is to provide them with the service and the equipment that they need and deserve, and that will enable their businesses to thrive.”
A key part of Workflo’s brand has always been openness and honesty. These elements are reflected creatively within the new materials in the use of white space and clean, fresh images. “Customers come to us to help them negotiate their way out of complicated, expensive leases with other providers,” says Michael. “We’re happy to help them – and to save them money with their new contract with us. The savings they could make are clearly set out for them in our new-look tender documents, which we have made as easy to understand as possible.”
Another change to the look and feel is the use of photographs of Workflo’s staff. “We’re showcasing our engineers, account managers and other staff so that clients will recognise the people who come to talk to them about their contract or install their equipment. In a marketplace full of big names, we pride ourselves on our personal, one-to-one approach.”
The designer behind Workflo’s brand refresh is Richie Keeble of Keeble Creative. “We wanted to retain the essence and continuity of the Workflo brand, as it had a great reputation and legacy,” he said. “It was very much a case of evolution, not revolution. But I’m delighted with the results because they clearly show what Workflo is all about – customer service, openness and support.”
